School Bells and Puppy Dog Tails

I'm back! I can't believe that it's been a month since I last posted. I don't know where the time has gone. I've been back to work since August 25th. It's taken a while to get back in the swing of things but I'm managing. We also have a new addition to our family. He's a four legged bundle of joy! yep that's right we adopted a new puppy! A week before going back to work. We've been busy working on house training and things have been coming along just fine. Here's a picture our little Rooney.

Time to post my projects for September for the Charming Girls Quilt Club. I did make and finish a project in August but didn't post it until now. You can see a picture of my finish project down below . This month I want to finish two projects, the first is a skirt for one of my great nieces. She's turning 4 and really likes bugs so I'm making either a dress or a skirt with bug fabric using an Indigo Junction pattern.

This is one of the projects I want to finish in September. It's a kit from Thimbleberries called Sugar Bear Pumpkins.

This is what I made in August. This is for the the Good Ol' Summertime Swap. It's ready to go to the other side of the world.

This is is what came in the mail Last Wednesday. It's from the Good Ol' Summertime Swap.

This quilt was made by Deborah from Quilts Galore and More.

Oh what a cute puppy! But he doesn't look so "little" to me - he might grow up to be a great big dog!

I love the Sugar Bear Pumpkins. So sweet. Looks like you have been busy!
