A Little Quilt Show

Two weekends in a row I was lucky enough to attend two quilt shows.  On March 19th we went over to town next to us Monson so see a lovely little quilt show. Seems the town of Monson is celebrating 250 years in existence, one of the ways to celebrate was to make a quilt, and then hold a quilt show. My sister Judy, a long arm quilter, quilted several of the quilts on display.

The were some traditional and some not so traditional

 Some very old  vintage quilts

Love this old wool quilt.

Some very cute  venues

I'll show pictures of the show we went to on Sunday.

Lucky You! I love to wander around quilt shows - I always see a few I want to make, a few I wouldn't dare tackle, and so much talent in one small place!
